How it Works

• Every week, you'll join multiple Leagues and become an Owner of your very own Fantasy Sparkball team where you'll battle wits against 4 other Owners

• In each League, you'll select 5 Pro Cards from a pool of 15. The available pool of Pro Cards is randomized for each League meaning all Owners in your League are choosing from the same Pros, but your potential lineup in another League would be completely different.

• Pro players earn points based on their stats like Wins, KOs, Goals, and more. Your objective is to select the Pro players you think will perform the best that week. Your lowest scoring player is automatically discarded leaving your Top 4 performing Pros Cards resulting in your final score.

• Once that week's SPL Tournament is concluded, your League's final standings are determined. All Leagues fully resolve each week, but your past Results are available to view throughout the Season.

Leagues

All Leagues operate on a weekly basis. There are two types: Official and Custom

Official Leagues are automatically generated and filled as new Owners register on a first-come first-serve basis. An Owner can participate in up to 5 Official Leagues per week, simply click 'Join League' from your Dashboard to get started.

Custom Leagues allow Owners to invite friends and are purely recreational. They do not count towards Glimmer rewards.

Winning a League (Glimmer)

Placing first or second in the Standings for an Official League awards Glimmer. The top Owners with the most Glimmer are displayed on the Seasonal Fantasy Leaderboard.

What does Glimmer do? We honestly don't know yet, but it's fun to know who the best Fantasy owner is.

Tips & Tricks

• League Rosters are locked on tournament start. If you selected a Pro that ends up not playing that week, don't worry! Only your Top 4 performers will count.

• Pro Cards display multiple stats from the player's past performances, but they don't always tell the story. Don't forget to consider their teammates for the week, the meta, what they had for breakfast, or if it's a full moon.

• Pros earn more points for winning than any other stat - sometimes it's better to draft a player that averages a high number of wins rather than the flashiest player with a high KO count!

This is just the beginning for both the SPL and Fantasy. Once Aboutis a green light, we'll be adding the following in 2026:

• Dynasty Leagues - Seasonal Leagues with deeper team mechanics, drafting, and trading

• AI-Driven Play - Watch bots trained directly from Pro player matches compete against each other in a full 'AI Season' where you'll help us generate fun storylines and player narratives.
